1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and winlh ("winlh," "we," "us," "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://winlh.cam ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any specific terms applicable to individual games or promotions offered on the Platform.

These Terms are provided in English. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active winlh account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. winlh employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances, winnings, or bonuses across all associated accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You must not share, transfer, or sell access to your account to any third party. winlh will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other unsolicited communication. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to be your authorized activity unless you have reported a breach to winlh's support team immediately upon becoming aware of it.

3.3 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and denial of future registration. 4. KYC & Identity Verification

In accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming standards applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines, winlh operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage of their account lifecycle, including but not limited to account registration, before processing a withdrawal, and when account activity triggers an internal review.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your winlh account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay typically credit within 15–30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high network congestion or technical maintenance. winlh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.2 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person. You must not use borrowed funds, funds obtained through credit card cash advances, or funds derived from illegal activity for deposits on winlh. winlh reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds in connection with its anti-money laundering obligations.

5.3 No Deposit Fees

winlh does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or payment service provider may apply its own charges. winlh is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors, banks, or financial institutions in connection with your deposit transactions.

6. Withdrawals

Players in good standing whose accounts have passed KYC verification may submit withdrawal requests at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as a safeguard against money laundering.

6.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts via InstaPay are typically processed within 1–2 hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, weekends, and Philippine public holidays.

6.2 Eligible Balances

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated validity period of the bonus; uncompleted wagering results in forfeiture of remaining bonus funds.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

winlh reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where there is evidence of systematic bonus exploitation, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or collusion with other players for bonus exploitation purposes. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at winlh's sole discretion and are final.

7.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion specifically states otherwise. Depositing while a bonus is active does not automatically trigger additional bonus credits unless a specific deposit bonus promotion is activated and the deposit meets the minimum promotional threshold.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games on the winlh platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by professional dealers in a monitored studio environment. Game outcomes are fair and independently certified.

8.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects the outcome or completion of a game round, winlh will apply the following policy: where the outcome of the affected round cannot be definitively determined, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account. Winnings arising from a technically erroneous result — including where a malfunction produces an incorrect display of odds, jackpots, or outcomes — are void. winlh's determination of the correct outcome in such circumstances is final.

8.2 Bet Cancellation

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winlh platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts for any purpose.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward winlh staff or other players.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

winlh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including where:

• A player breaches any provision of these Terms.
• winlh has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• An account is found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory obligations require winlh to restrict access to a specific player.
• A player has requested self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, winlh reserves the right to withhold any balance within the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, the legitimate available balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Accounts closed at the player's own request will have any available balance processed to the registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeline.

11. Responsible Gaming

winlh is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment and to supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties with their gaming behavior. The following tools are available to all registered winlh players from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits require a 7-day waiting period; decreases take effect immediately.

All third-party service providers are bound by data processing agreements consistent with applicable Philippine data privacy law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winlh's liability to you in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity is limited to the amount of funds held in your winlh account at the time the relevant claim arises. winlh is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or expected gaming outcomes arising from technical failures beyond winlh's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits winlh's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14. Changes to Terms

winlh reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, winlh will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will post a notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications of language, typographical corrections, or formatting updates) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via winlh's support channels.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding the existence, validity, interpretation, or termination of these Terms, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
